Default First Pictorial of my AP2 Apex Blue

Finally got around to taking some pictures of my Apex Blue Ap2. Apparently, there are very few Apex Blue S2000s in Australia.

A 'transformation' detail was carried out a few weeks ago by Final Inspection. The paintwork is immaculate and the metallic base really shines through under direct sunlight. The colour does appear alot lighter under sunlight.

Personally, I love the V3 wheels. I was going to replace them with a set of Mugen GPs, but decided to keep the V3s in the end.

Looking forward to driving roof down during summer...if I end hanging on to the car

BTW, I thought I would mention that the plate mounts are custom made by Lankin to fit the S2000 bumper. The plate mount on the front follows the gentle curvature of the bumper and is actually very neat. The rear ones look alot more streamlined than ones available at other retailers.

Great color and plates.
Is the color pearl?

There was a pic, elsewhere of an Apex blue, but I'd be sure it's a respray and possibly an AP1.5 and not a AP2. Anyone?

I'd not let that one go. Is it a weekend car or daily?

I believe its the same colour as the CRs. The colour codes are identical.

Final Inspection is worth the money as Damien is very knowledgeable and pedantic with his work.

Check out the wash and wax section and in particular pay attention to the detailers domain...
