I average around 10.2-10.8L/100km

During the week theres plenty of bumper to bumper/stop start traffic..

thanks to a topic posted here in s2ki I started tracking my fuel milage in an excel spreadsheet back in 2013.
I have 2 categories, one that tracks milage up to when the gas light comes on, and one until i fill up. In 2013 (and pretty much the same in 2014), i avg 350-380km before the gas light came on...then i usually drove it until fill up which would be 380-400km on avg (all city). So essentially, i fill up every 400km. The most i've ever driven after the gas light comes on is about 25km, which seems to be a safe zone...probably could go 30-35km safely without running out of gas. Hwy is tricky to track because i don't like to take risks when i travel but i think the most i got on a tank was around 550-600km a few years ago driving to Ontario.

Does anyone here actually follow the Honda Owner Manual guide on when to shift gears?

If so has this helped in any way? I used to own a mazda 3 for 3 years and in the s2k shifting is way different. I'm usually revving before 3k while on 2 bar temp until reaches the 3rd bar I would go over 3k rpm. Although my gear/shifting is not matching what the Honda Guide says.

You guys get awesome fuel economy! I v-tec a few times a day, and drive primarily in the city and get pretty bad fuel economy.

What... I'm in 6th gear when I'm going 70km.

For those that hate the ap2 gauges as well I love it so want a ap2 cluster for the sake of temperature and time

I am repeatedly doing 500km using 98 ron Shell mostly city/traffic driving, plus a couple of spirited mountain runs.
I almost change gears every 10km so I am usually in 6th gear @60km/h.
