Default How can I check the legitamacy of an ebay bidder?

As the question asks, is there any way I can tell?

The bidders so far a called Bidder_1 and bidder_2 and it looks as though the latter was created for this item only.

p.s it runs out in 10mins

Ok I'm guessing that there must be a block on the bidders true id name and its listing their order instead is this correct?

Ok I looked at the item on IE (no cookies) and seen that my un was shown as bidder4 why would it do that? Is there still any way that I can see that the seller didn't drive it up?

BTW I won and I'm happy with the price

Perhaps I should just leave it at that but the cynical partof me is thinking that if I found that the price going up $100 in the last 8mins was due to the seller I'll be having uh.... words with him and ebay.

I won my first ebay auction last month. Bought a blue tooth GPS receiver. It was sooo exciting!

Out bid the others in the last 5 mins... Then at 2mins remaining someone out bid me. Then finally I out bid the other guy in the last minute.

Then I won! woohoo. Felt very satisfying. Won it on the Wednesday night, got it the next Monday.
