If you had to replace your S2000 (2004 Version of thread)

My Jazz is Taffeta White with charcoal Buddy Club P1s....
The NSX would probably be up there as one of the biggest bargains going as far as style, performance and exclusivity go. It is a subjective opinion of course, but at around $50k for an early example, there isn't much that can compete with it IMO.
It is about as practical as a S2K (ruling it out as an option for me), but damn they sound awesome...the sound of one of these screaming just behind your back is an experience that always puts a smile on your face....and glues it there (got any superglue left s2o0o?)
So perhaps that would be a consideration if you want to step up the ranks of Honda...

Thanks for the interest guys. It's a pretty even contest so far with 3 mentions for the Elise, 3 mentions for the Boxter and 3 mentions for the Subaru STi. Two serious votes for the Nissan 350Z.
JUS-10 provides some food for thought with his suggestion that a used Honda NSX may provide more bang for your buck.
So far, nobody has strayed too far from the S2000/sports car category. I thought somebody might have suggested a clubman or somebody else might have gone for a big V8 style car?
