Job Interview Yesterday, New Job Today
I'm supposed to have another interview today for another job in the city today at 1.30 but looks like I won't be needing to go.
Been with Coles Myer for over 5years, and this SUnday will be my last day
Went for the interview yesterday for Assistant Store Manager of a Super Cheap Autos store.
Interview went for about 1 1/2 hours, skills test blah blah blah.
Guess I passed, since I just got the phone call from the QLD State Manager telling me I have a new job.
$salary info removed + $removed /yr as bonuses, plus $removed/month bonus incentives + 25% off all Super Cheap Autos products, and all BCF stores also.
The pay is meh, but hopefully I'll only be on that pay for about 6 months before a promotion to Store Manager or something and sit on $46K + bonuses yada yada yada again.
I was supposed to go work at my closest store, in the Hyperdome shopping centre, but I've been told to be at Macgregor in the city, near Mt Gravatt's Garden City Shopping Centre.
So now I get to drive into the city [sort of since Mt Gravatt is on the outskirts of the city on the southside].
I start Tuesday

Congrats on your new job.
Can you say "discounted auto parts???"
Now you can service the S without spending a fortune on just the oil.
I usually have to buy 2 * 5L bottles of Mobil oil and that sets me back $160 just for the oil.

Exotic can push his sales figures through the roof with a group buy
In his first month he will look like a star and that he has exceeded targets & then he will also get a bonus....
