^^ how many kms and what variant is your jazz? $14.5k is abit pricy for anything older than 05 and non VTI-S

How easy is it to adjust the height? does it take much work, like removing the rims etc.

You need to remove the rims and unlock the spring collar with an allen key (supplied) then twist the collar with the supplied tool. Pretty straight forward, and depending on how fast you work can be quite time consuming...

I think all ride height adjustable coilovers would require removing the wheel though!

If you just want to dump it, why don't you just get some lowering springs or some cheaper coilovers?
