Well it would obviously depend on things such as quality etc. Most of the US based aftermarket replacement ones have a fair bit of information on the fabrics they use and that it's similar or better or whatever than the standard honda material.

So assuming it is of a similar 'good' build quality... if I were to give an estimate (not suggesting that this is feasible for the fabricator, but from a consumer's perspective) I would be hoping to pay not more than what the large US based companies such as Cabrioworld charge, minus the shipping. That's my personal opinion though.... in the end you get what you pay for ....

I think you can forget it. Particularly as you'll be wanting a custom shaped laminated glass rear window in it.

Is the frame causing wear and tear marks? Adding a new top may just mean that given time these same wear marks will appear. If you were getting a slightly modified copied produced, perhaps you would like to add extra material/padding etc to the points where the frame rubs.

If you are changing the shape of the glass window, take into account that it may impact on how the roof folds.

If your roof were vandalised or damaged in an accident, you may be able to claim the replacement on insurance, but then again it depends on your policy and the excess charges.

You can add material to the stock one to prevent rubbing issues. Seriously though, why do you all care about the tops so much? Drop it (literally) and forget about it. Unless it leaks of course

p.s for matt..... Did you know that Chuck Norris counted to infinity - twice.
