Dabenzu if you are in Sydney i wouldn't mind trying to catch up and have a listen to your FIPK?

Let me know.

Thanks
sorry beaver i,m in fremantle!
it does sound different - have you done the lid off airbox thing yet?
similar to that except you actually get an increase in KW!
it seems to rev a whole lot free-er now and the jump to vtech is more marked - both in noise and feel.
if your thinking of buying one i would say go for it - its inexpensive - bout $400 and dyno proven and its even easy to fit - took me maybe an hour inlcuding smomo breaks!!

The MAGIC catalytic converters use new metallic substrate technology, allowing exceptional performance within a smaller canister. Although this catalytic ...

I've almost purchased an Invida Dual, with the Invidia Test Pipe.

The test pipe is the same as the OEM resonator isn't it? Just more free flowing, louder etc alike that.

Can anyone answer this?

I currently have exhaust envy (damn you cgkms) and I am starting to do some research.

According to everything about a test pipe that I've read on these forums, it's the American name given to a straight through pipe that replaces a catalytic converter. Don't think we have a term for it here in Aus.

It's not a resonator. It's also illegal to not have a cat.

Like I said before, upwards of a $10,000 fine from the RTA. But you know, whatever.

Quick Reply: resonator
