Have you got any mods? You may wish to pull reset the ECU (instructions can be found on this site) and then drive it mildly and see if that has fixed your problem. If you think it is more serious then that then you may wish to avoid any risk and flatbed it to the dealership but that is quite extreme.

Try and post all the information that you can, i.e
have you changed petrol stations?
Have you modified the car at all?
Is Vtec engaging?
How old is the air filter?
How old is the fuel filter?
Is the fuel pump making any noises?
Is it hesitating at all either under load or otherwise?

Also I'd cross post this in the Under the hood forum. Just because you know us better doesn't mean that we've got the best advice to give you(especially in my case )
There are some guys in there that know every problem and every symptom and you'll be well looked after provided you post an informative explanation for people to assess fully.

Good luck and let us know how you go.

I am going to take a wild and logical guess here, since I have not seen your car

When your car got serviced, the ecu was resetted or you just had a flat battery recently.

if my prediction is correct
your problem will be solved after at most 7x start and stop cycles

Good luck
I hope it's nothing major.

Ok, I will reset the ECU and see what happen..

have you changed petrol stations? -- NO
Have you modified the car at all? --- NO
Is Vtec engaging? ----- YES as normal
How old is the air filter? --- 1 month
How old is the fuel filter? --- 2 weeks
Is the fuel pump making any noises? ---- NO
Is it hesitating at all either under load or otherwise? NO

like I say it idle at 100 rpm and then go to 300rpm and the engine shake as well went the idle go to 100rpm ..

I will post this topic at Under the Hood for helps...

But thanks for your infor..

sorry austblue
I did not see your reply before I posted

after the ecu is resetted, the ecu will take about 7 start-stop cycles to learn the idling conditions. During this time you will experience fluctuating idle and occasionally stalling.

As much as it pains me to say this, H9k may be right.

After you reset the ECU it has to relearn the idle settings through trial and error. This can exhibit itself in the symptoms you've described. If you do reset the ECU (and that's not a bad thing to do) don't be surprised if the problem is still there as you are possibly just putting the ECU back to square one again.
