letme have a think about the location to meet up..
thing is u would want to be at willowbank at 900ish cos the line into the carpark is massive and then u would want to get ya self to the events happening

ok ppl who's goin to jamboree ?!
those the from the gold coast coming, basically u have to go up the pacific motorway, turn off onto the logan motorway then turn to the ipswich motorway , then cunningham highway then to willowbank raceway. according to the directions on www.multimap.com from cavill mall in surfers to willowbank via this route will take around 1:15 drive time
for those goin from brisbane-go down ipswich rd , then the ipswich motorway , get off on cunningham hwy the to willowbank.
not sure where the best place to meet those coming up from the coast is.. but prob just after where the logan motorway joins onto the ipswich motorway would be the best... just after the logan motorway joins the ipswich motorway is redbank plaza shopping centre... there is a maccas there (not sure if there is a maccas car park but i am assuming so)so i am nominating that as the meeting spot 840-900 leaving at 900 this saturday 17th.... from there to willowbank raceway is about a 20min drive.
me an honda9krpm will be goin saturday. not sure about goin on sunday as www.blokesworld.com.au is also in town this wkend
might go check that out on sunday.

Jamboree...is that this weekend???
Don't think I can make it, busy as all heck at the moment. And anyway, I don't have a convertible to drive there in...

just an update what happened. nobody showed up at the meet up spot 
went to jamboree and we didn't c an s2000 in sight not even in the 1000+ or so cars in the carpark
had an awesome time anyhow. some very fast cars there and more lowies than my memory card for the digital camera
will post some if i have some spare time, but unlikely to be able to find a photo site that can handle ~5gb worth of photos and video
since that meetup didn't go well, i put forward the indy racing wkend for another meetup thats oct 20-23 for those who dont know !
