Best looking yellow S2K around! $42,000 WITHOUT RIMS
Ummm, without the rims it's just a stock S2000. Whether adding the rims makes it the best looking or not is highly subjective.

Factory reversing sensors.
Hmmm, does he mean 'put the roof down and turn your head'?

classic example of a car that has been totally overdone. You cant park that thing anywhere and u'll get pulled over by the cops wherever you go. Might be ok if you go it resprayed a better colour like red or black or something.

The best dudes at modifying cars has to go to the asians. They keep it simple, and get the cars looking absolutely awesome with some excellent kit and rims choices.

Particularly when the people in question were attending an Autosalon.

Hey Aus, there WERE some nice cars at Autosalon. And even if you didnt like ANY of the cars at autosalon, there were definitely some good ideas there, so you cant really write it off as a complete waste of time (I'm referring to Brisbane specifically, that's the only one I went to).

As you say, you cant polish a turd - but I'm sure there is at least 1 thing about that car that even you would think is nice/cool.

I've seen the car up close, and no there was nothing I could see that I thought was a good idea.

Scissor doors: Nuh
Ridiculous paint job: Nuh
NOS bottle in engine bay: Give me a break

I've been to a few Autosalons in Sydney and although I can admire the skill and imagination there is seldom anything there I'd consider for myself.
