Default Turbo s2k in this month's Fast Fours (I think)

Yes, I know it's a bogun magazine...

I glanced an article about a Black S2k with greater than 400hp and equally impressive torque numbers.

It was a sensational looking conversion done in Melbourne (gorgeous carbon fibre intake which looked factory quality).

This beast belong to someone on this forum?!

That sounds more like it! That's some 300kw!
Any performance figures?

Thumbs up to NA, thumbs down to Turbos.

High rpm NA is the right way, the Honda way.

That car comes to Phillip Island. It seems to move down the straights pretty fast....dunno how it stops though, cos I doubt stock brakes would be up to that sort of work.

I don't think that's the same one you see at the Island Ben. There are two turbos runing around - the One at the Island hails from W.A.. - the one in fast Fours hails from Box Hill/Blackburn, if I am not mistaken. The spares manager at Eastern Honda knows him well if you want to make an enquiry.

Honda's philosophy is NA.

I bought that issue of the Bogun Bible today. Had to get them to put it in a plain paper bag so everyone would think I bought a porno mag instead.

Page 94 is the one. Looks like they did a pretty professional job. Sleeved block, new pistons and rods. Motec 4 to keep the whole thing synced.

And 413bhp on the flywheel dyno according to their tests and plenty of torque from 3500 on.

Aus,

Must be the first FastFours they sold in Mosman...ever!

I think it was a fantastic job...any hints at cost of the whole job?

There were no performance numbers were they?

And I love the whole stealth concept (standard outside, kickass engine bay)...The S3 of S2000s!
