Let us know what they're like once on the road.
Is there anything else that needs to be(or should be) upgraded, given the six piston caliper?

AusS2000 - nice work and fine reporting. Did you also/ are you intending to do the rear kit as well? And what kind of wheels are you running that actually accommodate the Wilwoods (what are the specs particularly the offset)? I have been studying this upgrade for a long while myself but have mostly put it off because I really like the stock v2 wheels on my 2007 and I cut the Wilwood template and they wouldn't fit in the wheels. But this might be just the push that I have been looking for. Keep us apprised of your next steps with pics.

Funny you should mentions the rears.

I don't intend to do the Wilwood rears just yet. From reviews it's a bit of a pain to fit and no better than stock. So I bought some slotted rotors and painted my calipers.

Oh, and wheels are Work S2Rs. They are 18" with a 52mm offset at the front.

Well, problems persist.

I had a hard time installing the new ABS unit. Managed to cross thread one of the ports.

Removed it and re-cut the thread. I don't have a M10x1.0 tap so I ran 4 of the six other threaded connectors through it until a had a good reliable thread.

Managed to get the line connected to it square BUT, it leaks. So I tighten it a bit.... and eventually it leaks again. I've tightened it even more but won't be surprised if it still weeps when I go back to it. I suspect the flare at the end of the pipe is deformed slightly. What are those pipe flare kits called?

Next problem is spongey brakes. Not really a surprise with a leaky ABS unit. Also Chris warned me not to allow fluid to escape from the ABS unit but that went out the window with the cross threading incident. I fully bled all callipers so I'm surprised there is still air in the system. I took the car for a drive up and down my street to run the pads in and the pedal goes all the way to the floor and takes a couple of pumps to engage.

Appears the leak is fixed. Disconnected line, cleaned up flare and reconnected. Seems to be holding.
I just have to bleed the whole system again,

FIXED!!

Turns out it was a newby error. I had another read of MisMyS's thread and noticed this:

From here I merely bled the caliper starting on the passenger side outer bleeder and moving to the inner.
Of course! These are multi-piston calipers. You need to bleed both banks on each side.

I jacked the car up, bled the inner banks and now my pedal is hard as rock!
