have you got any pics of the red leather center console thingy installed? I can see it uninstalled on your site, but my imagination isn't good enough to figure out what it'd look like once its on.
Is this a pic of a leather console conversion (from carpet -> leather) or is something else being advertised here... stupid question I know..)

There is no conversion as such. This item simply installs over the existing factory carpet (or vinyl cover).
