Yea, Rice was in the Netherlands (you can see the A-1 races tape-delayed on SPEED). He qualified poorly in the Sprint race and finished in last place.

He started way in the back for the Feature and drove a solid race to 13th. Somehow the leader felt bad for lapping him and let him by with a few laps to go.
