I'm going to make sure the reflective "WORLD CHAMPION" lettering is glaring in your eyes.

All I can say is that little machine can corner like no other car I have been in....including Ferraris ....

Building this car back in the day was a lot of fun, I knew exactly what I wanted the CRX-Si to do, and to me it was all about cornering and braking.

I gave Marco a blast through a small sort of tricky left/straight/right corner and then a big sweeping corner. We were approaching 95mph on the sweeper and the car was still virtually flat.

And people wonder why I love the CRX-Si.

Douglas, bring that CRX up here to Mosport for a lapping day. I'd love a ride along...

No way bud, The Real Rio has been retired. My track car is now the S. I no longer have extra wheels, R-compounds or even competition brake pads. And besides, it really needs tranny work because I have a complicated problem with my synchromeshs.

Damn mechanic who worked on my car back some 10 years ago...

And full tread... not at all like matrix's S2000 rear tires.

I have about 400 miles on these new Toyo T1-R, and I have to say, for the 2,000 pound CRX-SiR they are an amazing tire. I went T1-R because they were one of 2 street tires still being made in my tricky size - 195/55-14.
