Well the 1st tow was great. I think the weirdest thing was getting used to being at the track with the Titan. It was nice though, I could run out for lunch and leave the S right at the track, and then every night the same deal, it really made things easy.
And damn, does this truck ever have the power to two...

Must...have...truck and trailer...another nice thing is that if anything goes wrong, you can get the car home easily and sort it out later. It would make a trip to the Glen a lot easier too.

- can do schools farther away on R-compounds because I don't have to drive there
- can set the car up days in advance of school at home relaxed, and not in a panic at the track
- can haul all the extra tires/wheels I need and not just be stuck with slicks at the track
- can get car home in case something bad happens and it cannot be driven
- can leave car at track and drive around at night in the truck which is better for many reasons
- can kick the crap out of any BMW tow vehicle on the uphil run to the track at The Glen

I'll be getting a truck and trailer over the winter. Just need to do my research. Apparently, some of those older GMC vans are quite good for towing and pretty reliable...
Doug, those are all reasons I need a new house for the truck and trailer too especially since I'll likely be going with a less conservative engine next year.

Yeah, my coworker has a GMC Safari he uses to tow his boat and it's been bulletproof since he's had it.
