It has always been about money. Indian money saved Jordan/Spyker and made it Force India.
Austrian money saved Jaguar and made it RedBull.
Geni capital saved Renault and Russian money keeps them afloat.
I know it is hard to see someone like Heidefeld lose his seat, but thats the name of the game. As for Hulkenberg, he has looked good and I'd love to see him drive for one more season.

i'm half/half with Rubens. he does seem like a nice guy but we've seen before that he gets really whiny and bitchy when things don't go his way. He had a hissy fit with Brawn last year when he thought they were favoring Jenson. I don't like that at all.
