^ I still think LHneeds a manager or life coach of some kind. Someone that can help him channel his frustrations and anger in the right way.
LH is like Robert Wagners character in the movie winning. Very talented but will drive the wheels of anything, to his detriment. JB is more like Paul Newman's character. Measured and biding his time.
LH has to mature as a person and human being. That will make him a better race driver IMO.
As for me, it will be SV & JB this season, but again I hope the best driver wins the season and there is no foul play like 2008 involved to tarnish whoever has won the championship

^^You're telling me that banging Nicole Scherzinger isn't enough to channel his frustrations and anger

I agree he needs a good manager ASAP so he can focus on racing. I don't think JB will be willing to share.
He's been pretty busy focusing on other things
Excerpt:
But that was just part of the transition as one relationship was revived, another terminated. Anthony, his father, is no longer his manager and Scherzinger, whom Hamilton broke up with briefly last year, is back on the scene, although their long- distance relationship is racking up enough air miles for Hamilton to be able to own an airline soon.
In the past ten days he has flown from the last grand prix in Bahrain to the US to support Scherzinger, back to Britain for a McLaren car launch, out to the US again to see Scherzinger perform, then straight to Sydney for a public-relations event and finally to Melbourne last night.

at the Nicole Scherzinger comment. Me thinks LH needs to see the Paul Newman movie "Winning". All that PN's character is concerned about is racing and building the car. A Schumacher like work ethic and mindset is definitely what he needs.
How many times did Schumi have Corrina and the family around? That is professionalism at its best. When he was on the track he was 110% there to race and to help improve the car, with no distractions.

Martin Brundle's comments on Hamilton's outburst during the last race were quite valid I thought - not something to be discussing in the middle of a battle.
You wonder though...Button made the tire call, and decided to stay out. If Hamilton felt so strongly about staying out, he should have put his foot down and told the team he would nurse the tires to the end and try a pass on Kubica.
I think Alonso vs. Massa will be fascinating. The Scuderia brought Alonso into the team, at the expense of Kimi, to try to bring some of the 'Schumi feeling' back, a true team leader. It's telling that they did not feel Massa was up for this task. I get the feeling that Ferrari feels Massa is still the nice kid, does a good job, wins races here and there and fortuitously had a championship charge. Alonso has the ability to be a real a$$hole when things don't go his way. He's usually dominated his teammates, in Massa there should be a tougher challenge. If he continues to lead the championship, Alonso will be just fine. I wonder how much he has grown up, and how much Domenicalli has forced him to play the team role? I think we need to wait and see how the next few races go to see how Alonso will get on with Ferrari. It was really only when Hamilton started winning in '07 that Alonso got really pissed off at McLaren.

lewis has boosted his ego by being fastest in free practice. if he puts that mclaren on the front row he'll win this race. if so cool calm button will just keep driving on. also nico could become a bit frustrated without a podium finish this weekend. while his teammate will just say that we're not quite there yet, yea easy for him (7 x wdc) to say.
Lewser got out-qualified again by his supposed slower teammate! This is definitely killing him on the inside and will make matter worse for him. It's only a matter of time before the explosion.

FA IMO is the loose cannon.

I believe Fernando show patience on not trying to overtake Felipe in Australia, not only was he faster than FM, but he wanted to stay in front of LH.
Only time will tell but that's my opinion
