Wow! That's big news. Hopefully he will keep racing. Indy Car move would be great for the sport and for Fernando.

I'm sure he'll keep racing, the question is where. My gut says Indycar, but who knows.

ESPN reports that McLaren has signed Sainz to a 2 yr deal.

Carlos Sainz set to replace Fernando Alonso at McLaren

Racing Point Force India is the new team name. They’ll not accrue the prior constructor points and will race as a new team from the Belgian GP and forward. As of now there is no change in the driver line up, but who knows what will happen down the line as one of the existing drivers could make way for Lance Stroll

Gene Haas is correct, why should s new team collect F1 money payments at the end of the year,

I heard that he said that. But news out a couple days ago was that all teams had agreed for the new team to receive the money that would have accrued to the old team.
