Just saw this on Autoblog. Wonder what happens with the 2009 season as a result. I'm glad the teams had the balls to go through with it, but a breakway series 9 months away from a 2010 season is a huge logistical / operational challenge.

Wonder what they want to call it. Doesn't Bernie have a trademark for "Formula One" or "F1"?

Looks to me like when MotoGP parted ways with the FIM. Which coincidentally enough was handled by Dorna, who is rumored to be in the running to handle the FOTA series' commercial rights.
