Probably because they want to be at the back of the grid again. Give me a break BrawnFryOnda or whatever they will call themselves. At least gives us a driver that we can see promise in and have hope for. If it is not Senna than bring another young driver up. 18th on the grid will still be 18th on the grid old man or young man.

Bruno Senna is not proven sensational anywhere either..
Senna's management are now lobbying a McLaren drive for 2010. He's already half way into the McLaren fold as he's driving the Mercedes in DTM this year. If Heikki is as dismal as he was last year, we'll have a Senna/Hamilton pairing for 2010.

I have to admit, from my point of view keeping both JB and RB is indeed easy, but I honestly don't think it is the best move. The new team with new a new car, new technologies, new engines and probably money issues, might as well take one more risk and get a different driver. As far as I'm concerned JB is over hyped, and RB belongs in a rocking chair out on somebody's front porch.
