1. Renault, 51
2. McLaren, 33
3. Ferrari, 30
4. Honda, 15
5. BMW, 10
6. Williams, 8
7. Toyota, 7
8. Red Bull, 2

Scuderia Toro Rosso, 0
Midland F1, 0
Super Aguri, 0

How long will the team with the biggest F1 budget continue to languish around near the back of the pack? Toyota had yet another dismal race...

McLaren criticise Raikkonen and is downplaying the MS win, well as Ferrari is only 3 points behind them they ought to to take Ferrari serious in my book as team red got a lot of work done in the 3 weeks off.

With Scuderia Toro Rosso at a total of zero can we please put to bed the unfair advantage of the V10? It is afterall the Paul Stoddart's and the FIA's fault we have this situation to begin with.

And for me, I'm happy to see BMW doing better than Frank's team.

I'm thinking this is one of those seasons we will be on the edge of our seats right up to the last race of the season, just the way I like it!

Excuse me for saying this, but a part of me thinks Schumi was playing with Alonso with his slowing down as necessary not to mention Massa deliberately slowing Alonso down during the middle of the race....
I agree. MS broke him down this time around. FA has openly admitted what he feels is a victory is beating MS, not the others. I think FA is wise to realize MS is his biggest threat.

A long time.....

I don't see JT doing what he initially did when he joined the team. He was qualifying quite high but did not have the race pace. Now, he just seems to have disappeared...

Wonder if he has given it up....

Jarno is very uncomfortable with the recent moves at Toyota and I don't think his career will ever amount to anything after this season

[QUOTE=ITR Racer,Apr 24 2006, 08:34 AM]Don't forget that Pat Symonds made a huge mistake by bringing FA in early.

This says it all:

Pat Symonds:

The really significant thing was that on the free lap after Fernando pitted, Michael showed he had some performance in reserve. On the lap we pitted, he did a lap of 1:25.7 - where his average speed in the ten previous laps, was 1:27.4. The lap-times during the second stint had not suggested he had that performance in reserve.

No, not all of it, all of it would be you and Honda have more to worry about that just Renault, you have to also worry about Ferrari.

So MS was playing with FA's mind!

I still think it would have been better for FA to stay out there until MS had to fuel. Then he would have had a lighter car...my guess is that MS would have made sure FA had traffic in front of him when he had to pit....

I guess you can do that when you have 7 world championships under your belt...
