Two more onto the grid! Right now it seems there will be three more teams and possibly up to 5 new teams on grid next year, if things go well.

Ummm, don't you find it odd that they would announce this just before the meeting between the FIA and FOTA?
If FOTA wins and these teams pull out the FIA points back to FOTA.
BE and MM are looking for extra bargaining power.
If FOTA does pull out, do you really think these teams are going to be in a position to provide the same race know how as Ferrari, Toyota, Renault, RBR/STR and maybe BMW? No.
