I've heard rumour that Corvette are looking to sell an engine only deal a la Aston Martin for LMP1 cars next year and that Pescarolo are looking at using it.
Kind of funny that Pug. would debut their Hybrid LMP1 the same day the the ACO announces that hybrids won't be eligible for points in 2009.

Peugeot plan to further develop the car next year.

Suppose there is any chance Acura will enter the upcoming NSX in ALMS? Would love to see how that compares to some of the Vettes and Vipers. Plus of course, as a Honda fan it would be very cool to have them compete in 2 classes!
Well Audi won the LMS LMP1 championship right from under the nose of Peugeot at Silverstone this weekend.
The Creation #15 car ran very well and should be in good shape for PLM, the #14 car had clutch issues and did not classify so needs some work before heading out for testing on the 24th.
