Well I have just booked my flights for Petit. I'll be there with the Creation team in a capacity yet to be decided

 

I'm still on the the fence about attending Petit.

If I go I'll look you up and we'll have to grab a pint

 

 

The rumor mill is spinning with news that Autocon picked up Chamberlain's Lola B06/10 to replace their CA06H Creation at Petit.

I thought Autocon was running a Creation CA-07 since Le Mans?

 

I'll ask Creation, I'm with them this coming weekend.

Corvette to GT2 next year AFTER le Mans.

now i get to see porsche, ferrari and bmw kick they're ass.

Aston will definitely have to field a factory AMV8 in GT2 now.

i guess this also kills rumors or corvette making a lmp car.

and i guess w/ the 6.0L and the 5.5L they will have to run an air restrictor.

 

I've heard rumour that Corvette are looking to sell an engine only deal a la Aston Martin for LMP1 cars next year and that Pescarolo are looking at using it.

 

With the 7.0L LMP1 rules on the table for GT1 homologated engines that Pescarolo would def. have the HP to take the fight to Audi & Pug.
