The new Audi R15 is going the open top route as well. Why would a Coupe or Spyder tub type have any bearing on the project's longevity?

teh car does look like the audi, but the courage was what popped in my head. if anything it looks more like the Epsilon Euskadi w/o the roof.

Because under ACO rules, all LMP1 must run as closed-cockpit on 2010.

As far as I know, that was the rule; unless they've changed it

i believe they did change it, not going to be mandatory after 2010.

would have loved to see this as the r15

The 2009 Aero regs are going to carry over through 2011.
