Since the car has already been homologated by the ACO they shouldn't be forced to change anything, plus the aero element behind the splitter is symmetrically profiled and therefore with in the letter of the rules. Sounds like the other teams are just upset that they've been out foxed by Audi again.

Funny that the ACO would invite Luca di Montezemolo to start the 24hr race this year when it's Aston Martin's 50 anniversary of their outright win.
