Default Subaru and WRC

Obvioulsy working way too hard which leave little time to play and stare at the TV at night... managed to catch a couple of WRC casts and noticed Subie is nowhere to be found... appears to be all Ford and Citron on the leader boards.

Last time I was semi concious Subaru was one of the big dogs on the circuit... did the factory support go away? I was kind of hoping to see the incredibly talented and gifted driver Ken Block wreaking havoc but he and his ride are nowhere to be found.

Can someone educate an old lazy guy on who's doing what and where they are doing it in the world of ralley?

Thanks

No more Subaru, Mitsubishi, Peugeot, or Skoda (I think that was all of them) factory backed teams this year, only Citreon and Ford. There are a few private Subarus running though.

subaru left because their new cars were considered much too ugly to run on the circuit (deadpan voice).

i love my '04 WRX but man, they started making fugly econoboxes. even the perennial econo-box corolla looked better.
