From browsing around, it looks like Mercedes are claiming that they need to make up 1 sec to compete with the top teams and they are hoping that their new parts will help them. Hopefully we will get some pictures soon since this week is the final winter test before Melbourne on the race weekend of March 25-27.

Ferrari seem to have a revised front wing and endplates, red bull style exhaust and diffuser:




I will try to get find a better picture of the diffuser later this week when more pictures come out during the final test. The one I saw on f1technical wasn't too clear
