Williams F1 looking at karthikeyan at test driver
So the good old "cheapness" of FW continues.. as he's thinking of bringing Narain Karthikeyan as the 3rd driver, test driver role. He did not want to continue to pay Pizzonia nor wanted to shell out for Alex Wurz.. But the Indian comes dirt cheap, so why not..

Yeah but he's getting a VERY talented racer with big bucks from TATA corporation. FYI, this corp is one of the most cash rich in the world. Smart move by Sir Frank. Narain easily outclasses pizzaboy and worthless.

we'll see if he can bang fastest laps as a 3rd driver
TATA imo, won't make a move towards Williams unless their brown driver sits on the grid on a Sunday

That's where you are wrong. TATA is the reason Karthikeyan has a chance in F1 and at Williams. TATA realizes the marketing opportunity offered by the world stage of F1 and the first tier status that Williams affords. Also, there is no doubt to his talent. He consistently trumped his teammate and is a proven race winner against the top of the field. He just got the shaft from Schneider...
