thanks! i actually bought it clear coated already, a member here purchased it new, had it clear coated and never installed it, so not sure where the work was done, but quality looks good. I'm guessing it would cost $100 or less to clear coat it, depending where you go.

I'd have to agree...sad to hear about quality issues...was thinking to pick one up. Still though, ASM is pretty sexy!

LED brake light in the mugen sounds excellent! Wondering why no one thought to do that before. Top or bottom of window?

Oo. I want to see how the light in the ht comes out. I wanted an ASM spoiler too but didn't like how it replaced the brake light. But I also like the Tamon too. Car is looking good though!

Chris, is the CF piece on the ASM rear bumper integrated or did you get a single exhaust cap? If the latter, which brand did you go with?

yeah not sure why anyone hasn't done it before. Only thing i've seen is someone modified their ASM spoiler to work with the OEM 3rd brake light and it looked awesome! but i'm not brave enough to cut up the spoiler so this is the next best thing. I'm going to try mounting it at the bottom of the window.

i felt the same way, i never considered it because of the 3rd brake light replacement...when i thought of doing the separate 3rd brake light, then i went for it (mixed with being fed up at looking at my bubbling and cracking tamon spoiler).

it's actually a part of the ASM bumper, but it can be swapped out for a dual exhaust version. I believe one version is the Type T and the other the Type S.

New wing looks so much better. I was never a fan of the Tamon one.
