KJ's Origin Fabrication CUSTOM TURBO build thread! *starts page 7*
So I suppose I need to change my name to kjayp1 now!? 
as some may know I sold my ap2 to get into and build an ap1. I miss my ap2 dearly, but I'm confident I'll fall in love with the ap1 even more once it's finished
just for kicks here are some old pics of my prior cars;
'94 CD5 with racing harts, stillen and wings west, greddy, etc. lol this car sparked my interest for the aftermarket scene!
'03 WRX, custom carbon bronze pearl, greddy, chargespeed, STi bits etc etc;
OG canibeat feature! been a supporter since day 1, meet a lot of great friends at canibeat. what's up dave!
my buddy vlad owns the car now and he just recently gave it another custom paint!

Anyway, enough nostalgia...
I want to use this thread to document the new ap1 build!
The car has been at the body shop the last month, and is scheduled to be done sometime this week... over the last month or so I've been collecting some parts!
first things were brand new ap2 headlights and ap2 tails;
voltex type 3 wing;
and robbie's (dressed2kill) custom titanium 245mm risers! thanks again robbie! everyone check out his facebook page = iParkHarder

and then the rest of the aero; after changing my mind many times I decided to go with the asm (style) bumper again. It has to be the best looking IMHO especially with the '07 asm cf lip. I opted to do widebody this time, and got some used Js fenders that needed some work, and opted for the asm rear over fenders... my original plan was for a custom front and rear pull, but got some good deals on the Js and asm bits. Other aero parts that I haven't gotten pictures of yet include m-racing mirrors (again, lol), asuka CF trunk, mugen hardtop, and rx7 style CF sides.
I had the rivets in the flares shaved and the flare slightly molded to the QP
front Js extensions molded to bumper; was still in the process of getting everything to align and eliminate gaps. that was a challenge
As for wheels, I threw around many ideas.... I ended up digging back into my days in the subaru scene and finding a set of prodrive gc-05F wheels! these wheels were forged by rays and are now discontinued and hard to find! specs are 9.5j +22
although I had something else arrive at my door today as well

interior is being finished in the next week or so as well! waiting on the upholstery shop to finish wrapping a set of recaro pole positions in a custom color, and matching the door panels, arm rest, etc. I will update and post pics when they are finished!
