[QUOTE=bouford;24724879] nice update sir!
Thanks Felipe, there’s some more work that needs to be done, but I’m just glad to have the car back better than before!
Thanks a lot, feels good to have this work done with. I’ll be ready to see your updates as well.
[/Thanks, unfortunately the ASM bumper is damaged and I didn’t have the money for them to fix and repair that as well. Hopefully I can get it fixed soon, but it’s looking like mounts and bushings will be the next project.

Today marks 10 years of ownership with the S2000. It has been my daily now for a few years while I finish up with school this fall. This forum and the members have significantly helped me out throughout the years, so I just wanted to say thanks.

Huh, interesting reading your thread on here. I'm in SC too and my girlfriend is based at McEntire. I believe we ran into each other in Charlotte before when I had my Black AP2 and discussed headers.
Anyways awesome seeing your progress over the years and best of luck finishing up school!

Update: 5/29/24*
It has been several years since I have updated this thread. I've had the S for over 13 years now and still daily it. I've tried to retrieve pictures to show some progress over the years, but its in need of a garage and some downtime for paint/body and suspension work. Anyways, on to the pictures.
Had my rear passenger wheel bearing go bad. Replaced with new OEM bearing and URGE billet hubs with ARP Extended Studs. I also have new black Rays lug nuts on that corner. I have the other hub and wheel bearings for the rest of the car, just need time to tear it all apart and replace everything.
Quick shot of the rear Ohlins and dirty wheel from the bad bearing. I cannot find the pictures from when I first got the suspension, but everyone knows what they look like.
I also ended up replacing all my mounts with the Spoon Sports versions. I liked this option because they're an OEM+ upgrade and have the reinforced transmission stay. The passenger side engine mount was bad, the others just worn with time.
More to come on the next post.

Continued from last update*
I've had parts for my clutch replacement laying around for well over a year. I just needed time and a space to replace it. I ended up going with an ACT pressure plate and Prolite flywheel. I'm using an OEM disc with OEM bearings, release guide, clutch fork, new clutch master cylinder, and Hybrid Racing detent springs. Here's some more pics.
The car feels much better with the lighter flywheel. Some people make it seem undriveable for daily use, but its not bad. This is how the S2000 should have come from the factory. Also, the detent springs did make a noticeable difference in the shifter feel. Of course that was cleaned and regreased so it's good to go.
I also rebuilt the rear calipers due to neglect on my end. They feel much better now, driver side was sticking a little.
Here's everything back together.
Next up on the list is to repaint the windshield wipers. I'm also going to pick up a black vacuum line to match the rest of the bay better. Also, I have picked up two cans of red crinkle paint and plan on redoing with valve cover and replacing all the gaskets as well. That wraps things up for now, I appreciate everyone taking a look and keeping up throughout the years. Take care!
