That's prettymuch it for now. Trans tunnel is next, followed by engine bay metal work.

After that, the body will be taken off, and the chassis stripped for powdercoating.

There's till a ton more work to do, but the majority of the hard part is behind us!

Thanks for reading.

Thanks for the compliments guys; I will pass them along to my fab guy.

Engine transplants into the tr6 are a slippery slope. My original plan was just to do the f20c swap and some mild suspension upgrades. My car is truly an example of "while I'm at it" disease gone viral. In my opinion, there are too many shortcomings of the original chassis and suspension , hence me going this route. Cookiemonster - I hope your friend's dad has some chassis upgrades planned! I had a ls2 powered triumph once. A tap of the throttle and the car would shift lanes on its own!

Some progress here and there. The transmission tunnel is almost finished up. I spent half a day making these parts, and my fabricator spent about the same time working on the fit/finish and the little piece that covers the driveshaft hoops.

Also, the rear tail panel was pretty beat up. Replaced the whole upper and lower inside section.
