FYI, I just booked at the Best Western (Starting point one) and they said I was the last room.

I just called too. When DownEast says last room, he doesn't mean for the BMT block of rooms, he means in the entire hotel. No rooms available whatsoever.

UFO conference is that weekend. So far, every hotel I've called is booked, as they blocked out rooms months in advance. Frustrating.
