Try your local tire/wheel store.

I went to a local tire shop that a friend owns. I don't know why I didn't think of that on my own. I found perfect boxes.

Then, just as I was leaving, my dad called to remind me that we had kept the original wheel boxes in the rafters... so I didn't need them after all...
