Default Cam sensor

Does anyone have a cam sensor I could borrow? I believe one of mine is bad but would like to test it first by swapping in a known good one. I am located in south San Jose. Thank you

Thanks man, good meeting you! Yours looked like a serious build. Let me know if you need anything else.

Like I suggested earlier, see if you can find the pins for the cam sensor at the ECU connector and test from there. If it looks good, I would suspect the ECU itself as a culprit. At that point, you need to determine whether it's software or hardware. If there's a bad signal at the wiring harness then you know you have a wiring issue somewhere upstream. Good luck!

Does anybody know off hand if you disconnect cam sensor A(intake) if the car will die on the stock ecu.
