Stoipping power is the only perk worth using in the #2 slot IMO. I always use it. The ACR is almost 100% identical to the M4 but slightly more accurate. I like the ACR but I don't have it all the time since i'm more focused on prestiging.
M16 is cool but lacks close range combat. Scar-H has too small of a magazine. Famas is cool, kinda like the M16. FAL is worthless. AK is KING, but you only get it at lvl 70

i'm up to around 23 hrs in multi for this now at level 40 something

i have the following profiles:
1. 50 cal (thermal site + fmj), pp2000 (holo site + fmj), semtex/flash with bling pro, stopping power pro, and steady aim pro with final stand.
thermal + snipe in large maps =
2. scar (holo site + grenade launcher), pp2000 (holo site + fmj), semtex/stun with bling pro, danger close, and steady aim pro with final stand.
this is great for medium open maps...danger close is awesome for splash damage
3. same as #2 except the scar w/ holo site + fmj
use for close maps with lots of places to hide
4. aug (holo site + vertical grip), pp2000 (holo site + fmj), semtex/stun, bling pro, stopping power pro, and steady aim pro with final stand.
interchangeable for the snipe maps when i don't want to snipe
