^^^I've heard of Everett and Jones before. Wasn't it rated as one of the top bbq in the US by travel channel? I'm down for a meet one of these sunny day for some BBQ.

I don't know how hot those wings are but E&J has some pretty hot stuff.
E&J sauce kinda looks like the wing sauce but you can see the pepper seeds.
I think they are in Oakland IIRC. The one in Sacramento closed.
How many wings is the 911 challenge? Did he get a refund? Thats usually how those challenges go.

He needed to finish 12 wings of their spiciest batch in 10 min. He cannot drink any liquids nor wipe his hands or mouth during this time. He needs to lick his fingers clean within the alotted 10 min.
If he passess, he then needs to sit & wait another 5 min without drinking fluids or wiping his hands/mouth. If he passess the challenge, he gets his picture on the wall & a t-shirt. No refund for food.
In this case, he also won $90.

after the 2nd piece, i no longer taste the hot sauce, =P.... i havent try wingstop before. but....i need a break before a next challenge hehe...
