THIS DRIVE IS CANCELLED!
Due to unfavorable weather and lack of interest, this drive is cancelled.

Drive off Time: 10:30am
Meeting Place:
Albertson's
320 N Capitol Ave
San Jose, CA

Route: (The route in Moraga will be finalized when a restaurant is decided)
1. Turn right to Capitol Ave
2. Turn right to Sierra Rd
3. Sierra Rd becomes Felter Rd. Turn right to Calaveras Rd
4. Turn left to Niles Canyon Rd (Hwy 84)
5. Turn right to Palomares Rd
6. Turn left to E Castro Valley Blvd
7. Turn right to Redwood Rd
8. Turn right to Pinehurst Rd
9. U-turn at Pinehurst Rd/Skyline Blvd junction
10. Turn left to Canyon Rd from Pinehurst Rd
Expert Group: (recommended for autox junkies or people with NASA HPDE2+ or equivalent track/school experience)
Novice Group:

Conditions that will lead to cancellation of this drive
1. Yahoo!Weather says it is gonna rain on that day in San Leandro
2. Less than 10 cars signed up.
Safety Precautions: (I am trying to write some precautions to make our drives safer. Please feel free to let me know if you want add or fix them. Thanks.)
1. Do most of your brake at straight line before you enter a turn.
2. Drive smoothly.
3. If you see certain drivers drive recklessly, you can PM umvue and report it.
4. Turn in a curve with as big a radius as possible.
5. This is not a race, so please no passing among our cars in all two-lanes or one-lane roads. If you really want to pass, horn and make gesture to the person in front and let him/her pull over to the side.

I would really like to go to one of these, but i usually dont wake up til 2-3 on weekends.!
Maybe we should have a GROUP NIGHT DRIVE. So we can distract eachother with our annoying ass headlights.
