Has any of you guys done this before? I got my lip back repainted but I dont want it to chip so badly again. I was wondering if any of you guys out here in the forums did this? I would use the hard side of velcro and stick it in the spots most likely to scrape. I was gonna do it but now its too late. I think that weather stripping won't last as long as velcro would though.

 

its been done, ive seen someone post this before. id just leave it and let your lip scrape away, not like you see under it anyways.
