G1 Google Phone Users?
I'm planning to change my phone carrier from Sprint PCS to T-Mobile and get the G1 Google phone.
Just like to know if anyone from this board have this G1 phone. Anything you like or dislike about the phone features?
I do have a few questions.
Are you happy w/ the 3G data speeds when surfing online?
Does the G1 phone crash or freeze often?
Aside from the G1 phone, how do you like T-Mobile's reception?
Do you get reception at your house, at the mall, school, work, etc...
I think I'm getting a pretty good deal. $179 for the phone w/ free activation, and paying $59.99 for 2 lines + $50 for unlimited data for both lines and then I get 15% off from my company.
I pay $60 alone right now w/ Sprint PCS for crappy EVDO speeds which is like dial up.
Any feedback from G1 owners and T-Mobile subscribers would be appreciated. Thanks.

I got my G1 for $79! Contact the number below and I am sure they can work out a deal for you too! I love it! All the apps are free unlike the Iphone. Great browsing speed for 3G. Only complaint is the battery only lasts one day, must be recharged at night.

Yes that is for a new 2 year contract, they also cancelled my old contract that I still had a year left without having to pay the early cancellation fee.

Fred, I did have T-Mobile about 5 years ago and I didn't mind it too much. I really liked the customer service.
