Default Garage owners?

Moving to san jose soon but getting an apartment and thus most likely not going to be able to enjoy the luxury of a garage anymore. Im hesitant about modding my car too much considering here im in the middle of nowhere but would never leave my s2k out of the garage. Do you guys feel like a dependable alarm system for the car is enough out in the bay area?

Why not just move into an apartment with a detached garage?

You don't lose a second of sleep over material items, is what I would do. Or look for a different living situation.

There are plenty of apartments in San Jose with a detached garage try going on rent.com.

Check out:

I parked my S2000 outside for about a year without an alarm and nothing ever happened. I've moved around various areas of San Jose too and always parked on the street. I had Volks and my OEM hardtop at the time too.

edit: Well, this did happen one time. I think San Jose has some of the worst drivers in the Bay Area. (No note was left.)
