Got scammed, someone sold me a broken ipod and not returning my calls. I have his cell number number, his carrier is T-mobile. What should I do? Anyone able to look up this guys name for me? Easy to find his address if I can get his name.

He cleared all the songs, everything else looked fine. I had problems syncing it when I bought it home, and realized the hard disk was dead when I tried to reformat it. I was thinking about getting his plates before I went, but I totally forgot.
