I live with *edit: 2 other guys* and we need professional help when it comes to cleaning.

i got a bunch of quotes but they all seem way over priced.

ideally i would like sombody to come bi weekly for around $40 dollars each visit ($80 monthly) to clean our kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 living room. can be bumped up to $50-55 for 1-2 extra bedrooms that just need a basic vaccuuming and dusting. must have own supplies. we are located in lower pac heights in san francisco near japan town.

on a side note it really suprised me the amount some of these cleaners were charging. i got quoted $45 an hour!!! from one of them. i was like wtf, i dont even make $45 an hour and i went to college?!!?!? maybe i shoulda been scrubbing toilets instead of going to skool damn!

your right, this psycho eastern european lady came over and quoted me 75 bux weekly!!! i was like ummm thats 300 a month!!! i think thats outta my price range.

she left my place. 30 minutes later she calls me and i dont answer. she then leaves this weird msg beggin me to take her as her cleaner and calls me another 6 times that night!!! i was like, alrite this bitch is crazy...next...

i think the ones you have been interviewing are the unionized type. you should go searching at chinatown or something

i think 45 is pretty low considering to clean a kitchen is about an hour or two depending on the mess it is in. Plus for 2 rooms.

i think 60 or so is pretty fair for that
