Default Infineon on New Year's Day

TEAM Racing, a group of Miata enthusiasts, is hosting an open track day at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, CA, on Saturday, January 1, 2005. The event is open to all track junkies, and the cost is just $190 and includes lunch, snacks, etc. Contact Bonni at http://www.team-racing.org for forms and more info.

all convertible must be equipped with rollover protection, style bars are not permitted.

is that mean we must have the rollbar or what?

I went with TEAM last event to Thunderhill, and I got to say they are a professional bunch! Well organized, plenty of gatorade, friendly and helpful drivers - I would definitely sign up with them again.

owenxguo - Stock S2000 roll bars are OK. That means you don't have to do anything to your car. Motorcycle helmets are OK too.

HI S2000 lovers!!! And THANKS Ron for starting a topic. This sure is a great group of car enthusiasts, I must say. Anyway, thanks 'foolio' for the kudos and for answering the rollbar question. I sure hope to see a few more S2000s this year . . . we have one event at Sears and three at Thunderhill -- I hope you guys can come to all of them! Anyway, if anyone needs further details or has any questions at all, feel free to email me at bonni@weatherwax.net or visit the T.E.A.M. Racing website . You won't find this good of a deal for Infineon anywhere, and it's gonna fill fast. So if you wanna go, I highly recommend you get your registration and payment in asap so you don't miss out! I know I for one can't think of a better way to spend New Year's Day!

YES, you may bring an Accord -- why not? I think it would be fun to see an Accord on the track again -- it's been a long time. Track events will show you a lot about how your car handles under stress and you will become a better and safer driver. So bring it on out! All track-worthy cars are welcome to join in on the fun.
