Its pretty good. I have them semi stiff. Takes turns great When I go over bumps ( when I'm forced to ) the ride isn't bouncy.
I'm on C8 Sports Picked them up for about $600 flat brand new. Work great

 

I forgot, Lol. Just changing to coils dropped it pretty low. If I had to guess in total, I would say it dropped about 5-6 inches.
Had to raise the rear a little to get these wheels to fit. The front is almost maxed out.
