Well now it's really time for me to sell it because I got laid off =)
Anyhow, the dealer offered me $23000 cash, Blue Book is $26000 so I am hoping there is someone out there who can offer me a fair price.
The car is black/black, 2000, has 39k miles, rear wing, front lip, ti knob, Rick's leather console cover, honda car cover, boot cover, new brakes, new clutch at 24k miles, new S03-s in the front, will need new tires in the back soon (S02s currently). I've spent about $2000 on a very nice stereo system. TSB054 was done at Menlo Honda. 100k/7year transferrable extended warranty (I think you really want it). I think $25000 is a really good price considering all the extras. And I think these are really useful extras. There is a small scratch on the front bumper and ding on the right rear wheel.
Please email me at andrei_pokrovsky@hotmail.com if you are seriously interested.

Andrei, Sorry to hear the bad news! I'll miss seeing your car all over the bay area. I hope a job comes through so you dont have to leave and sell. Umvue has a good suggestion, post what you are looking for and maybe someone else on the board can help!
And to anyone interested in his black on black car, despite some of my joking around in past threads, his car is in immaculate condition, and is clean everytime I've seen it.

Well, thank you for your kind words =)
Most of my experience is in C++, games and 3D programming (and speech recognition/dialogue, but there are not too many jobs in speech these days).
But I can do something else that is C++, math or algorithmically intensive.
I know it's not dice.com but hey, it's not entirely unsolicited =) Soo... here is a link to my resume =)

wave,
your actually getting a very good deal for your car at 23k from the dealers... i would jump on that right away.. i only got 29,250 for mine with the honda oem hard top w/front rear spoilers.. mine was 2001 with only 9k miles.
dealerships like to take cars that are still under warranty, considering your has high miles like that and out of warranty, it would be a good deal for you for the 23k price they offered.. your not going to get much more through private sales, i am willing to bet. there is an 2002 (red) on autotrader with only 600 miles selling at just 30k OBO <--- which you can probably haggle another 1-2k down...
i would jump for sure.
