o yah, agreed on the softness too fred, are you using a delayed timer on a tripod for these?
Jeff, no I was not using delayed timer on a tripod. I didn't know it delayed time was "required" when shooting at night. Vu asked me that too and I got to say I'm learning a lot from Vu.

And yes, the second pic is blurry. I couldn't really do too much to that pic.

Thanks all for the comments and critisicm. It's always welcome. I'm still a beginner and learning day by day.

I would like to do a reshoot of Ron's car and hope they come out better.

this was taken at midnight wednesday night? don't see santana row empty that much. last time nick and i were there, we got kicked out the moment i took the camera out (sunday early morning)
Pics were taken around 1030pm at Santana Row. Actually there much have been at least 3 security guards that passed by me w/ my camera and tripod w/o any problems. We even asked one of the security guards to be in the pic and talk to Ron and they said no; but they didn't ask us to leave.

Wonder why they don't allow picture taking? I mean there are a lot of tourist and even just people taking pictures of the buildings. Maybe its because you were using "Nikon." haha j/k
